helpful staff english speaking parking place back good location small room firm bed broken heating
The staff were helpful and spoke english. parking was available at the back of the hotel. the location was good. The train station and the city centre were within walking distance.
the room was very small. i found the bed too firm. the heating did not seem to work in my room, it was a bit chilly.

friendly staff blackout blind limited privacy non-working heater
The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the short walk to both the train station and the town center. the blackout blind in the room created total darkness, even when it was bright outside. i found this to be a GOOD addition.
Aircon or heater did not seem to work. The window became necessary. when open or with the blind up, privacy was limited because of onlookers. i found this quite disappointing.
